Rodeo Fever

Last year we went to the Rodeo and Eli was amazed watching the Cowboys work their magic. He sat and watched and at the end of it all he said "When I grow up I want to be a Cowboy!" For months he would find Rodeos on TV to watch he was amazed. We were kind of hoping he would out grow it since Aldric and I are definitely not Cowboy people. Well when he found out the Fair was in town he very seriously told us "Did you get my Cowboy gear? I need to make sure I look good." So as you see we had no choice and let me say he looks good...hehe!

Omar then felt he had to follow in his big brothers footsteps!

We went to the Rodeo ready for all the Cowboy fun! We talked a few friends into coming with us.

CEC's Where A Kid Can Be A Kid!

Omar was the first to help himself to pizza. You would think he never has pizza!

AJ and his bud Ben enjoyed their meal.

Eli and his best friend Jules scarffed their pizza so they could go win one ticket at a time.

Three little trouble makers trapped in a cage. To bad I couldn't leave them there.

Omar & Eli's Birthday Party!

We had a great time at the Mets game with all our friends and family!

The boys got to throw out the first pitch. Omar was scared at first but he warmed up to the idea.

This is Ben, Alex, Ricky, Julianna, AJ, Devon,Gabby, Slider, Anni,Omar, and Eli!

Eli is our ladies man as we all know. This is not his "lady" this is his best friend as he has reminded me many times.

They needed two strapping strong men to do a push up competition. We got my dad and our friend Nick to do it. Matt won!

If Only I Were A Real "Boy"

For those who saw are "fish" tank Daddy and Omar upgraded our little tank. While Eli and AJ were at SonKids and Mommy was out playing with Nicole they ran to the store and picked out special fish for all of us.
Mommy was bought a Tattooed Molly with pretty pink hearts and purple spots.

6 Regular Black Mollys for the boys. 2 scary sharks for Daddy.

6 Neon Tetras for the boys and one Sucker Fish to keep the tank clean!

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas from the Ward Family!

AJ had a great Christmas. DS and PS2 games from Santa as well as a new fishing pool.

And a new DS from Mommy and Daddy.
Omar got what every little boy dreams of a box full of hats. He tried to wear all of them at once. Then Grandma and Grandpa bought him a Spongebob that is as big as him. We now have to take it with us everywhere we go. He makes us put shorts on him and buckle him into the car seat of the van.

His eyes got all wide at the idea of 24 packs of playdoh.

And of course we can't forget the all important Mickey Mouse Dance Dance Revolution!

All Eli asked for for Christmas was a tool box and Operation Spongebob. So imagine his suprise when he opened his gifts and that is what he got!

Santa is a very smart man and knew that you can't take one brother fishing with out taking the other so Eli got one to as well as some new DS games.
I want to thank Nana for my beautiful gift. I love her very much Thank You!

For those of you that don't know when I was a little girl my Grandma would make me beautiful dolls. One of my favorites was an angel, just like this one. Well along the way the angel got ruined by a spiteful person. Now I have her back!

Today was AJ's Super Star Student Awards. His teacher picked him for the very first month of this school year.

His buddy Sal was also picked.

Daddy surprised us by showing up for the awards. After the ceremony Nicole, Me and Omar ate lunch with AJ and Sal to continue with our fun celebration of their success.

Labor Day Parties!

For Labor Day we went over to the Ancewicz's house for a "Welcome Home Paige" party. Omar was a bit overwhelmed by the 14 kids and and all the adults.

We bought Paige and Kelli gifts for the occasion. Paige got a Disney Princess lunch set and Kelli got Hello Kitty socks and backpack clip.

All the kids had a great time in the pool while the adults watched from the sidelines.
On the following day we made another impromptu party at Nicole's. Omar was more in his environment with the 8 kids and the 4 adults. We swam in the pool for a very long time. The adults got into a dodge ball pool fight while the kids laughed and complained about how the adults had all the balls. We enjoyed the Yummy leftovers of Ed's from the day before. We had a great time thanks for inviting us!

Manatee Night with the Mets!

Tuesday night was Manatee Night with the Mets. It was us, the Ancewicz's, John and his sons, and my mom and dad. We had a fun night full of hot dogs and popcorn mixed with a lot of baseball.
Aldric was picked to get on top of the Mets dugout and answer a Mets trivia question which he got right. He was given and Adult Small t-shirt. He lovingly gave it to AJ.
AJ took place in a tricycle race. They gave the other kid a head start and AJ fell off the tricycle which was way to small for him. He did not win but he did walk out of the stadium with a free hot dog coupon.

Picnic For Fun

Last Saturday after an exciting baseball game the Ancewicz's came over for dinner. The 4 and under used the picnic table Eli and Omar got for their birthday.

The 6 and above got to use the adult table for their meal. Then we all got a chance to play Guitar Hero World Tour I have a feeling our neighbors would prefer we didn't try singing!

We Like Silver!

Today against The Storm The Raptors put up a good fight. AJ and his team came in Second place. Its okay though we prefer Silver. Our buddies Sal, Kelli, Vinny, Nick, Ed and Nicole all came to cheer him on.

I am glad to say that our team was the best team out there. Not once did anyone through a fit or become a poor sport when things didn't go our way.
We have to say a big Thank You to our coaches: Coach Raj (head coach, Ian's dad, far right), Coach Aldric (our favorite coach of all), Coach Trevor (Ricky's dad), and last but not least Coach Jorge (Alejandro's dad). These men worked their butts of for this team.
