Graduation

I have to give my mom a little recognition for all her hard work. My mom is graduating with her B.A. in Accounting on Friday. I am very proud of her. She has worked hard. I can't wait to say that i'm done with school. But 3 cheers for my mommy. By the way its sad that the only picture I have of my mom is of her when Omar was first born almost a year ago.

Bunny

Friday morning I had the pleasure of rescuing a little tiny bunny. My cat had brought it home to show all the other cats what he caught. So I brought the poor thing inside bought it food, put it in a big box and locked it in my bedroom. Well me and aldric went out and didn't get back home till like 10:30pm and he goes in the room and comes back out quickly and says it gone. I freak out. We spent an hour tearing the room apart. We took our bed apart and pulled everything out of the closet. We finally found him under the bookcase in our closet. Sad to say "jerry" had to go. I said good bye to him. He was after all a wild bunny and needed to be outside. Eli was very sad to see that the easter bunny was gone when he awoke this morning. AJ told us that we now have to go to the pet store and purchase a real rabbit. You would think that having 4 cats, 2 dogs and probably about 10 fish would be enough. Fun huh?

Aj's Field trip

AJ had a field trip the other day to "The Farm" sadly it was cancelled so instead we took all the kids to a park near by the school. The kids had so much fun letting loose for a few hours. I also wanted to let everyone know that AJ got into our first choice for public schools. Manatee Academy where, we just found out, his best bud Sal is going to be going. He is very excited by this news.

Earth Day

I figured since today is Earth Day I would let our blog show Green. This week at AJ's school the recycling guys are coming so he will be pumped and ready to get green. I'm sad to say that we don't recycle the way we should, but this week I am going to make it my mission to get us recycling bins. SO lets take care of the earth shall we. I hope eveyone has a good Earth day.

The Mowhawk

Many people have heard that Aj had a mowhawk but many were not able to see it. I came across the picture just now and decided it needed to be shared.

Play date at the park

We went to the park for my mom's group. Luckily we have made good friends with Nicole, Sal, Kelli and Nicky. Everyone had a great time. The kids were playing"King of the gorillas", Omar got his first teeter totter ride, and Eli and Nicky had fun on the teeter totter too.

I just wanted to share a very cute picture taken of all the Ward siblings and their families. Mind you this is not a complete picture, Christina just had her baby on monday and two of my nieces and one of my nephews weren't there. But it is still a cute picture. First try
